बच्ची का आईडीया

पीहू . . . नन्हीं बच्ची . . . आवाज में दर्द लिये बोली, पापा, मैं पौधे को पानी लगाकर लौट रही थी तो एक आंटी आई और उसने पौधे के साथ घर का कूड़ा फैंक दिया . . . मुझे नहीं पता, पापा . . कोई ऐसा हल निकालो कि कोई भी कूड़ा पौधे के साथ न फैंके। चलो कोई बात नहीं, हल निकालते हैं. . . मैने फिलहाल उसे टालने की कोशिश की। वो भी समझ रही थी कि मुझे टालने की कोशिश की जा रही है . . . तपाक से बोली, आईडीया . . . पेड़ों पर चित्रकारी कर दो . . . । चलो ठीक है . . . कर दें। मैने फिर टाल दिया, लेकिन उसका आईडीया मेरे दिमाग में घूमता रहा।
पेंट की दुकान से पूछा . . पर्यवरण प्रेमियों से पूछा और अंत में जब वन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने भी बोल दिया कि वाटर पेंट से पेड़ को कोई नुकसान नहीं तो मैने भी शुरू कर दिया पीहू का आईडीया . . . मगर मैं चित्रकारी में कमजोर था। हां, मेरी पत्नी संतोष चौधरी अच्छी चित्रकारी कर लेती है . . . वो भी साथ . . . फाजिल्का की ऐतिहासिक धरोहर व हैरीटेज का दर्जा प्राप्त इमारत रघुवर भवन के निकट जामुन के पेड़ पर संतोष चौधरी ने ऐसा चित्र बनाया . . . जिसमें चिड़िआ एक बर्तन में पानी पी रही थी . . . जो भी वहां से गुजरता . . . चित्र की तारीफ करता . . . मेरी गली की तीन चार लड़कियां भी हमारे परिवार के साथ पेड़ों पर चित्रकारी में जुट गई। बस फिर क्या था . . . गली में 24-25 पेड़े थे, जिन्हें पेंट कर दिया . . . किसी पेड़ पर जानवर तो किसी पर पक्षी . . . कईयों पर पानी, बिजली बचाने का संदेश . . . गली की शुरूआत पर पीपल का पेड़ है, जिस पर स्वागतम लिखा गया।
शहर के प्रताप बाग के करीब 250 पेड़ों पर भी चित्रकारी की . . . सहयोगी थी विशु तनेजा . . . फिर कई स्कूलों में पेड़ों पर चित्रकारी की . . . आखिर यह काफिला भारत पाकिस्तान सरहद पर स्थित सादकी बॉर्डर, जहां भारत पाकिस्तान के बीच रिट्रीट सैरेमनी होती है, पर खड़े दर्जनों पेड़ों पर तिरंगा, शेर, मोर, सैना के जवान, टैंक आदि की चित्रकारी की। वास्तव में ही पीहू का आईडीया काम आया . . . सुंदर पेड़ों के किनारे अगर कोई गंदगी फैंकता तो उसे पता था कि पेड़ की सुंदरता में कमीं आएगी . . . बिजली के पोल पर भी सुंदर पेंटिंग किये जाने के कारण वहां भी लोगों ने गंदगी फैंकनी बंद कर दी . . . भले ही कई जगहों पर हमारा सम्मान हुआ . . . मगर मेरे दिल में बेटी के प्रति सम्मान बढ़ गया . . . अब फिर उम्मीद है कि शायद पीहू कोई नया आईडीया फिर से देगी और शायद वो आईडीया भी अच्छा होगा . . . पर्यवरण को स्वच्छ बनाने के लिए दिए गए एक आईडीये की तरह।
